Unless you ask otherwise, we stick to 28mm scale, which is the standard for most games like D&D or Pathfinder. That means:
A human at 28mm will be about 28mm to the eyes — not the top of the head.
Smaller folk like goblins, kobolds, and halflings come out a little shorter to keep things lookin' right on the board.

Each piece goes through a quality check — we remove supports, do a tidy cleanup, and prep it for your next session.That said, we’re human (mostly), so you might find the odd little support nub we missed. Don’t worry — they usually snap off by hand, no tools needed.

Most minis come separated from their base — it helps with packing and gives you more control when painting or posing.Big lads like dragons, beasts, or multi-armed nightmares may come in a few parts, all pre-keyed for easy assembly. Super glue’s your best bet here — plastic glue won't stick to resin.
