In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if an item is:

• Faulty

• Not as described

• Not fit for purpose

If you believe your item falls into one of these categories, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with proof of purchase and details of the issue.

We reserve the right to assess any claim in line with UK legislation and may request photographic evidence or return of the product for inspection.

Please note:
• We do not accept returns for change of mind, accidental damage, or misuse.
• Custom or personalised products are non-refundable, except where faulty.
• We do not cover return postage unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect.
